PERSONALIZED APPROACH
My background is in the financial and accounting industries. I specialize in fraud investigation, assisting counsel in litigation and consulting matters. My objective is to look beyond the numbers to see the  picture of the company and its components. I use consistent methodology while delivering an individualized approach to each case.  This includes identifying missing, incomplete or inaccurate data. Reconstruction of financial transaction may be necessary in certain cases.

Translating complex financial issues into an understandable format in a report is only one of the components of a successful outcome, Another integral part is proper communication with counsel, clients, and any other relevant parties. Frequent communication is a necessary part of the process and my scope of work is dependent upon the facts of the case. My role as a financial expert can vary depending on the case. My role for one side may include:
  • Consultant (protected by privilege)
  • A neutral expert (previously stipulated by both attorneys)
  • Expert appointed by the court
